  • Timely Production: By owning multiple steps of the supply chain, we are able to better control consistent lead times. We also stock a large number of Stair Parts.
  • Resource Stewardship: We don’t let our waste go to waste. We produce tons of Envirobricks from our shavings and sawdust per week, that is sold through distributors and direct to consumers, to be used for home heating and campfires.

We've vertically integrated our hardwood process across our Walnut Creek, Sugarcreek, and Winesburg facilities to control all supply chain steps from the sawmill to the finished component. By managing every stage ourselves, we have increased customization capabilities, eliminated unnecessary delays created by third-party supply chain members, and prevented avoidable waste.

We work with green lumber (also known as "wet lumber") harvested from the Eastern United States and processed at trusted local sawmills.
